Behind every premium paper box leaving our dock sits a manufacturing engine refined over 22 years. Our 18,000 sqm facility (10,000 sqm original + 8,000 sqm smart factory 2025) in Foshan’s Shunde district operates as a seamless chain — from pre-press design to final QC — producing 1.7 million boxes every day.

Four Production Zones, One Workflow

Zone 1: Pre-Press & Design Studio (500 sqm)

Every project begins here. Our 6-person design team handles structural engineering, artwork prep, and plate-making. With Heidelberg Prinect workflow and Esko CAD tables, we turn client sketches into production-ready files within 24 hours. CTP (computer-to-plate) output goes directly to the press floor.

Zone 2: Printing Floor — KBA 1050 + Heidelberg 7+1 UV

This is the heart of the factory. Our KBA Rapida 1050 4-color offset press runs at 15,000 sheets per hour for high-volume cartons and mailers. For premium gift boxes requiring metallic inks, spot UV, or PMS color accuracy, the Heidelberg Speedmaster 7+1 UV press delivers — inline coating eliminates a separate finishing pass, cutting turnaround by 30%.

Zone 3: Post-Press & Finishing (3,000 sqm)

Once printed, sheets flow to the finishing floor:

• Die-cutting — 8 automatic die-cutters handle up to 7,500 sheets/hour each
• Hot foil stamping & embossing — 6 Bobst-style machines for gold, silver, holographic foil
• Lamination — matte, gloss, soft-touch, and anti-scratch finishes applied inline
• Window patching — for display boxes with PET/PVC windows
• Folding & gluing — 12 automatic folder-gluers producing finished cartons

Zone 4: Assembly, QC & Packaging (2,500 sqm)

Rigid box assembly is a skilled craft. Our 80+ workers hand-wrap greyboard with printed paper, fit magnetic closures, and insert foam/velvet linings. Every batch passes through:

• Incoming material inspection — paperboard grammage, moisture, whiteness
• In-process checks — color density, registration, glue bond strength
• Final QC station — visual inspection, dimensional tolerance ±0.5mm, barcode scan
• ISTA drop testing — simulating export shipping conditions
