In 2025, Guangdong Bincai Color Printing completed a landmark expansion: an 8,000-square-meter smart factory adjacent to our existing 10,000 sqm production facility in Shunde, Foshan. The combined 18,000 sqm campus positions Bincai among the largest paper box manufacturers in the Pearl River Delta — and dramatically increases our ability to serve international buyers with shorter lead times and consistent quality.

Fully Automated Production Lines

The smart factory is not just extra floor space — it’s a technology upgrade. New automated die-cutting (Bobst SP 102 BMA automatic flatbed), gluing, and folding lines reduce manual handling by 40%, cutting per-unit production time while improving precision tolerances to ±0.3mm for rigid boxes and ±0.5mm for folding cartons.

Expanded Press Capacity

With the Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102 7+1 UV press and KBA Rapida 1050 4-color offset press now running across both facilities, Bincai’s daily output has climbed to 1.7 million color boxes plus 220,000+ rigid gift boxes — up from 1.5M and 200K respectively before the expansion.

The Press Fleet: Machine-Level Detail

Dedicated Post-Press Zone

A 2,000 sqm post-press area houses new lamination tunnels (thermal and wet), spot UV curing stations (IST UV dryers), and foil stamping workstations capable of gold, silver, copper, and rose gold finishes — alongside embossing and debossing stations for textured brand marks. This means more embellishment capacity without bottlenecks during peak season (August–December).
