Manufactured in our 18,000 sqm facility (10,000 sqm main factory + 8,000 sqm smart factory commissioned 2025), every box is printed on either the Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 7+1 UV (for 7-color + spot UV inline in a single pass) or the KBA Rapida 105 4-color offset press. The 157gsm art paper wrap is precision-mounted onto 2.5mm greyboard using hot-melt PUR adhesive rated for -20°C to +70°C — no delamination in extreme shipping conditions. The 2-piece telescopic lid/base design features recessed neodymium magnets that snap the lid shut with a satisfying tactile click, while the lid walls wrap fully over the base for a seamless, monolithic appearance when closed.

Flat-Ship Engineering — How It Works

Traditional rigid boxes are glued at the production stage and must ship fully formed. Our collapse mechanism replaces the glued-corner joint with an interlocking tab-and-slot system die-cut into the greyboard with a tolerance of ±0.15mm. The tabs slide into laser-precise slots machined into the adjacent wall, creating a friction lock that exceeds the structural strength of a glued corner by approximately 30% in edge-crush testing (ECT >8 kN/m vs ~6 kN/m for glued).

The breakdown sequence is equally simple: pinch the built-in release tabs, fold the walls flat, and the entire box collapses to a height of approximately 8mm — roughly the thickness of a magazine. A pallet that holds 200 assembled rigid boxes can carry over 1,400 flat-ship equivalents.
