Q: What ESD protection levels do your foam inserts provide?

A: We offer two levels: pink anti-static PE foam (surface resistivity 10⁹–10¹¹ Ω) suitable for general electronics and PCB shipping, and black conductive PE foam (surface resistivity 10³–10⁶ Ω) for highly sensitive semiconductors and medical devices. Both comply with ANSI/ESD S20.20. Test certificates are provided with every production batch.

Q: Can you design the foam insert based on our product CAD files?

A: Yes. Send us your 3D CAD file (STEP, IGES, or STL format) or 2D drawing with dimensions and we will engineer a foam insert with precise cavity matching. We also accept physical product samples for reverse engineering. Foam tooling lead time is 3–5 working days.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity for custom ESD foam inserts?

A: Standard MOQ is 500 pcs. Custom die-cut foam tooling requires a one-time tooling charge of $150–300 depending on complexity, amortized over production. For pick-and-pluck foam (no custom tooling needed), MOQ is 300 pcs.

Q: Are your corrugated materials sustainably sourced?

A: Yes. All corrugated materials are FSC Chain-of-Custody certified. Our kraft liners contain minimum 70% recycled content. The boxes are 100% recyclable in standard cardboard recycling streams. ESD foam inserts are PE-based and recyclable where PE foam recycling facilities exist.
