Q: What is the difference between BC-flute and EB-flute double-wall?

A: BC-flute (6.0mm) combines B-flute (2.5mm, fine for printing) with C-flute (3.7mm, stronger for cushioning). ECT 44 lb/in. EB-flute (4.2mm) combines E-flute (1.2mm, excellent print surface) with B-flute (2.5mm). ECT 32 lb/in. BC is stronger and crush-resistant; EB is thinner with better print quality. For heavy e-commerce items (10–25kg), BC is recommended.

Q: Can I print my full-color brand design on the box?

A: Water-based flexo printing supports 1–2 solid colors. For full-color brand graphics with gradients and photographs, we offer litho-laminated corrugated: a pre-printed 157gsm art paper sheet is laminated to the corrugated board. This adds approximately $0.30–0.60 per unit and 3 days to production but provides offset-quality print on corrugated.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: 1,000 units per design. The higher MOQ vs. our rigid boxes (500) reflects the corrugated production minimums on the BHS 2.5m Corrugator. For D2C brands testing a new design, we offer a 500-unit trial run at a small surcharge.

Q: Does the tear strip work reliably after international shipping?

A: Yes. The 6mm polypropylene tear tape is integrated during corrugator production — it is sandwiched between liner layers, not surface-applied. Pull force remains ≤ 15N after ISTA 1A drop testing and 72-hour humidity chamber conditioning at 85% RH. The tear path follows the score line within ±3mm.

Q: Can the box be customized with internal printing?
