The HSC design features an open top with flaps on one face only, combined with precisely die-cut interlocking dividers that isolate each bottle and prevent glass-to-glass contact during transit. Manufactured from double-wall B/C flute corrugated board for superior crush resistance, each container is assembled with industrial hot-melt adhesive for structural integrity.
