FAQ
Q: What’s the weight capacity of the die-cut handle?
A: The integrated die-cut handle is tested to 8kgF sustained load (≥2× rated load) with zero tearing or deformation. For heavier products we add reinforcement patches or upgrade to reinforced cord handles (cotton, poly, or ribbon).
Q: Can I get spot UV on both sides of the carton?
A: Yes. Our Heidelberg 7+1 UV press with inter-deck UV curing enables spot UV on both sides in a single pass. We can also apply spot UV to the interior for a branded unboxing surprise.
Q: Does the die-cut handle affect the box’s stackability for retail display?
A: No — our engineering ensures the handle is flush with the box surface when not in use. For retail shelf display, we can design the handle to fold flat or use a punch-out style that remains sealed until the customer lifts it.
Q: What are the MOQ and typical lead times?
A: MOQ 1,000 units. New tooling: 8–12 working days; repeat orders: 5–7 days. Pre-production samples (with full finishing) ship in 5–7 working days. Rush service available for repeat orders.
