The Euro hang tab is die-cut in-line during production on the Heidelberg cylinder die-cutter, ensuring perfect registration with the carton body and zero additional assembly cost. This eliminates the need for secondary retail-ready packaging — the shipping carton IS the display carton. Produced on the KBA 1050 4-color offset press at Guangdong Bincai’s 18,000 sqm factory (10,000+8,000 smart factory), this carton delivers vibrant CMYK printing with optional Pantone spot colors on board stocks from 300gsm to 500gsm. Daily folding carton output reaches 1.7 million units across four high-speed production lines.
