Product Overview

Guangdong Bincai Color Printing produces premium custom kraft paper shopping bags with twisted paper handles, engineered for retail, boutique, and promotional applications. Our bags combine the natural aesthetic of kraft paper with reinforced twisted handles that offer comfortable carrying and reliable load-bearing up to 5 kg. Every bag is manufactured in our 18,000 sqm factory complex in Foshan, Guangdong, using FSC-certified kraft paper sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Manufacturing Specifications

  • Paper substrate: Virgin kraft (80-200 GSM), recycled kraft (90-180 GSM), or FSC-certified kraft in natural brown, white, or black
  • Handle types: Twisted paper handles (standard, 3-5 ply), flat paper handles, die-cut handles, cotton rope handles
  • Printing: KBA 1050 4-color offset for solids and gradients; Heidelberg 7+1 UV for PMS spot colors, metallic inks, and high-gloss varnish effects
  • Lamination: Gloss or matte lamination (1.5-3 mil), aqueous coating, soft-touch velvet finish
  • Reinforcement: Cardboard bottom insert (1-2 mm greyboard), reinforced gusset options for heavy loads
  • Bottom style: Square bottom (flat), pinch bottom, or block bottom with expandable gusset
  • Eco options: PLA biodegradable lamination, water-based inks, soy-based inks, 100% recycled kraft
  • Production capacity: Up to 300,000 bags per day across dedicated bag-making lines
