A: E-flute (1.2mm) offers a finer print surface with better graphics reproduction — ideal for branded e-commerce and subscription boxes. B-flute (2.5mm) provides higher stacking strength and crush resistance — better for heavier products and international shipping. We also offer EB double-wall for maximum protection.

Q: Can you print my brand design in full color?

A: Yes. We offer full-color flexographic printing (up to 4 colors) for cost-effective branded mailers and offset litho-label for photographic-quality printing. Litho-label is printed on our Heidelberg 7+1 UV press and laminated to the corrugated board for premium visual impact.

A: The integrated tear strip is a reinforced perforation line that runs across the box. The customer simply pulls the tear strip — no tools or scissors needed — and the box opens cleanly. We offer single or dual tear strip configurations. Our QA verifies tear force at 15–35 N for a frustration-free experience.

Q: Is the self-locking bottom strong enough for shipping?

A: Yes. The crash-lock (self-locking) bottom is engineered with interlocking flaps that distribute weight evenly. It passes ISTA 1A transit testing without failure. For products over 5kg, we recommend adding hot-melt adhesive reinforcement or upgrading to a stitched/glued bottom.
