- Rigid Construction: 1200–1600gsm greyboard with double-wrapped precision construction — lid and base wrapped in premium art paper (157–250gsm) with mitered corners
- Embossed/Debossed Logo: Raised or recessed branding adds dimensional sophistication — blind emboss, foil-registered emboss, or multi-level sculpted emboss
