Manufactured by Guangdong Bincai Color Printing Co., Ltd. (founded 2003) in our 18,000 sqm Foshan dual-factory complex (10,000+8,000 sqm smart factory). Our heavy-duty export boxes combine BC/BE flute double-wall or triple-wall 7-ply construction with reinforced bottom pallet integration, providing up to 1,500kg dynamic stacking strength for ocean freight and intermodal container transport. Daily output of 1.7 million boxes under ISO 9001:2015 quality management and FSC Chain-of-Custody certification.

- Bursting Strength (Mullen): minimum 275 psi for double-wall construction
- Dynamic stacking: tested to 1,500kg for 48-hour compression with less than 3mm deformation
- Flute bond tested for delamination under tropical humidity conditions (90% RH, 40°C)
- Drop test per ISTA 1E at 610mm — zero structural failure on all faces and corners
- Vibration test on shaker table simulating 200-hour truck/train transit
- Humidity cycle test — 24 hours at 95% RH followed by dry cycle with no delamination
- Forklift handling test with fully loaded box — no tearing or structural compromise
