A: BC-flute double-wall combines B-flute (3mm, high flat-crush resistance for printing surface) with C-flute (4mm, high compression strength for stacking) to create a 6–7mm combined structure. Compared to single-wall C-flute (4mm), BC-flute provides roughly 2.5× the edge crush resistance (44+ vs 32 ECT) and 3× the puncture resistance — critical for flat-screen TVs where even minor panel flex during transit can cause LCD damage. Single-wall is suitable for small monitors under 27"; anything larger should use double-wall.
