Bincai Corrugated Mailers

Product Overview

Bincai’s double-wall corrugated wine bottle mailer is purpose-built for DTC wineries and e-commerce alcohol fulfillment. The BC-flute construction provides superior stacking strength and puncture resistance, while the die-cut EPE foam insert cradles each bottle individually. Self-locking bottom eliminates tape, and the integrated tear strip delivers instant unboxing. Tested to ISTA 3A for parcel shipping. 22 years of protective packaging manufacturing.

Manufacturing Specifications

  • Flute: BC-flute double-wall (6.0mm thickness) — crush and puncture rated
  • Liner: 175gsm kraft outside, 150gsm kraft inside
  • Insert: Die-cut EPE foam, 20mm thickness, bottle-specific cavity
  • Production Line: Fully automatic corrugator with rotary die-cutter
  • Bottom: Self-locking crash-lock with reinforced tabs
  • Opening: Full-length tear strip with finger notch
  • Daily Output: 1.7 million color boxes (post-2025 smart factory expansion)
