The corrugated mailer boxes are produced from FSC certified kraft linerboard with B-flute, E-flute, or F-flute corrugation — chosen for optimal crush resistance while maintaining a slim, lightweight profile that reduces dimensional weight shipping costs. Custom printing runs on KBA 1050 4-color offset presses for crisp, vibrant branding directly on kraft or coated white-top liner, while our Heidelberg 7+1 UV line provides protective overcoat varnishes and specialty finishes such as matte or gloss UV.
