The outer sleeve is printed on our KBA Rapida 105 4-color offset press with optional Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 7+1 UV for premium finishes, then die-cut with an elegant window — round, oval, arched, or custom shape — that reveals the product within. A transparent PET or compostable PLA window film is bonded behind the aperture. The inner tray features scored fold lines, auto-lock corner tabs, and optional partition walls to separate multiple items without shifting during transit.
