A: Our standard production uses low-migration inks and coatings. For direct food contact, we offer PE or PET inner liner that meets FDA 21 CFR and EU 1935/2004 food contact standards. We can provide migration test certificates from SGS or Intertek.
Q: What’s the difference between tuck-top and other folding carton closures?
A: Tuck-top is the most economical and widely used closure for food packaging. It provides secure closure with dust flaps, opens and closes easily for consumer convenience, and doesn’t require additional adhesive or hardware.
Q: Can the auto-lock bottom support heavy products like nuts or granola?
A: Yes. Our auto-lock bottom design is engineered for products up to 500g in standard configurations. For heavier loads we can upgrade to 350-400 gsm board and reinforce the bottom panel with additional locking tabs.
Q: Can you add a resealable feature?
