Heavy-duty corrugated wine shipper with die-cut EPE foam insert and dual tear-strip opening — manufactured by Guangdong Bincai Color Printing Co., Ltd., leveraging 22 years of packaging expertise (since 2003). Produced on our BHS 2.5m Corrugator for consistent board quality and precision die-cut on Bobst SP 102 BMA/E. The integrated dual tear-strip allows frictionless unboxing without tools, while the die-cut EPE foam insert cradles each bottle with 360° protection. ISTA 3A certified for direct-to-consumer wine shipping. Daily output of 1.7M boxes from our 18,000 sqm dual-factory (10,000+8,000 sqm smart factory, 2025 expansion) in Foshan, Pearl River Delta.
