Manufactured by Guangdong Bincai Color Printing Co., Ltd. (founded 2003) in our 18,000 sqm Foshan dual-factory complex (10,000 sqm main + 8,000 sqm smart factory). Each box is precision-built on KBA 1050 4-color offset and Heidelberg 7+1 UV presses with gold/silver foil applied on a Bobst flatbed hot stamping machine. The 2.0mm greyboard rigid core wrapped in 157gsm art paper provides the structural integrity expected of luxury packaging — the box feels substantial in hand, the magnetic closure snaps with authority, and the hexagonal geometry maintains perfect symmetry even after repeated opening.
A custom die-cut EVA foam tray (30-45 Shore A hardness) secures each confectionery piece in its own cavity — chocolates, macarons, truffles, or candies arrive in flawless condition.
