The integrated tear strip provides a premium unboxing experience — no scissors, no frustration — while the self-seal strip eliminates plastic tape entirely. Flat-packed for efficient warehousing, these mailers assemble in under 3 seconds. Every component — board, ink, adhesive — is designed for curbside recycling in a single stream. Manufactured in our Foshan smart factory (18,000 sqm) with Heidelberg 7+1 UV offset for brand-quality printing even on kraft surfaces. FSC chain-of-custody certified.
