Guangdong Bincai Color Printing’s personalized design gift box combines premium rigid construction with fully customized inner tray configurations. Built in our 18,000 sqm integrated factory in Foshan, each box features a precision-fit insert tray that holds products securely while presenting them with elegance. From cosmetics and jewelry to electronics and gourmet confectionery, the custom tray insert transforms a beautiful box into a complete packaging solution — all produced on German-engineered KBA 1050 and Heidelberg 7+1 UV presses with 22 years of expertise.

Manufacturing Specifications

  • Press: KBA 1050 4-color + Heidelberg 7+1 UV offset — ΔE ≤ 2.0 color consistency across runs up to 100,000 units
  • Board: 1200–1600gsm greyboard core with 157–250gsm art paper wrap
  • Inner Tray: Die-cut greyboard insert with choice of velvet flocking, satin, EVA foam, or cardboard partitions
  • Surface Finishes: Matte/gloss lamination, soft-touch velvet matte, spot UV, hot foil stamping (gold/silver/rose gold/copper/holographic)
  • 3D Effects: Embossing, debossing, textured paper wrap, blind emboss
