It’s user-replaceable via a slide-out battery compartment on the box base — no tools required. We include a spare battery in every order. For bulk orders, we can pre-install batteries or ship them separately per your preference.

Q: Can the LED be set to a different color temperature? A: Yes. Standard is warm white 2700K, ideal for gold and warm-toned jewelry. Cool white 6000K is available for silver, platinum, and diamond presentations. RGB LED (upgrade option) supports 16 million colors via remote control for multi-brand display environments.
